All our activities are dementia friendly, and take place at our Hexham premises unless otherwise stated. Prudhoe sessions take place at the church hall in St Oswin's Church, Wylam.

As our sessions run on a 1-2-1 basis with volunteers and members, please remember to book in advance (by email or phone).

We like to have a chat with you before you come to your first session (so you know what to expect, and to make it as enjoyable as possible) so if you want to give it a go, drop us an email, or give us a ring to arrange a visit or call. Your first session will be free.
