As Chrysalis receives no state funding we have to apply for grants to help with income. Fundraising events contribute a crucial part of our revenue.
We attend local community fund-raising events, Christmas fayres etc. and sell small gifts and craft items made by our members and volunteers.
We also receive excellent support from other local businesses, organisations and clubs. They have supported us most generously and continue to do so.
Individual volunteers have also regularly raised money on our behalf. Their activities have included sponsored runs, selling craft items and selling items on eBay. We are grateful to all volunteers who give their time to raise money for Chrysalis.
Fundraising
We would be extremely grateful if you would like to make a donation to support our work. We are able to accept donations on line with any Debit or Credit card or via PayPal, just click on a button below.
You can donate through Just Giving, or set up a Just Giving page for any charity events you are holding. Gift Aid will be applied automatically. This is our preferred method for receiving donations.
If you have a PayPal account, you can donate through the PayPal Giving Fund, which allows us to receive your full donation without any fees deducted. If you complete a Gift Aid form and email it to us, we can also claim your tax paid back. Please let us know if this donation is in memory of someone.
If you don't have a PayPal accout, you can donate with a Credit or Debit card. If you complete a Gift Aid form and email it to us, we can also claim your tax paid back.
Please download, complete, and return this Gift Aid form to us, if you are a UK tax payer and would like us to boost your donation by 25p of Gift Aid for every £1 you donate.
Alternatively, there are several other ways that you can support our work. You might choose to hold a fundraising event (drop us an email for more information), we receive a donation every time you play the Northumberland Lottery or why not help us just by shopping online? Click on a button below to find out more.
In addition, we are very grateful for the generosity of family members past and present for personal donations.
